1. Acceptance of Terms

Opening duplicate or multiple accounts – whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device – is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bv777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify bv777 immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bv777 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identification documents may include a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Supported Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your bv777 account within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times. bv777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking holidays.

4.4 No Third-Party Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts – including those of family members – are not permitted. Any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed and the funds returned to the originating account after deducting applicable processing fees.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically feasible. bv777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are 1–5 business days depending on the method. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier. bv777 may decline or delay withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other policy violations pending investigation.

• Players must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated betting software, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities. Any such conduct will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bv777 platform and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

bv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete required KYC verification; multiple account operation; or at the player's own request. Upon permanent account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of outstanding bonuses or disputed amounts) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed verification.
